Returns
1.1 Defective or Wrong Product: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you may request a return within 24 Hours from the date of delivery. To initiate the return process, please contact our customer support team and provide them with the necessary details. Additionally, you will need to share a video of unboxing of the product you receive.
1.2 Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse a return
1.3 Return Process: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. You will be responsible for securely packaging and shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.
1.4 Refund or Exchange: Upon receiving the returned product and verifying its condition, we will process your refund or offer an exchange for the same product or a suitable alternative, as per your preference. The refund will be issued within 2 working days and will be credited to the same account used for the original payment.

Returns Policy for Customized/Personalized Products
Each one of our personalized products is an exclusive made-to-order piece. Every piece is expertly designed and created especially for you. We enact the highest quality & safety standards.
However, at times, things that are beyond our control can cause something to go wrong.
If your packaged is delivered in a damaged condition or you received a defective piece, you may inform us about the same in 24 hours of receiving the order for a full refund or exchange.
You will need to e-mail us the Proof of Damage along with the Order Number to make your claim.
Please note that the package must be unused and in it’s original packaging with original tags and bills intact.
