How do I track my order?
Sign in and open My Orders from your account. You will see the status of each order. We also notify you by email or SMS when your order is dispatched.
Can I cancel my order?
You may request cancellation before the order is dispatched. If the seller accepts cancellation, any amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details.
Why was my order cancelled?
Orders may be cancelled if the product is unavailable, if there is a pricing or listing error, or if quantities exceed reasonable purchase limits. You will be informed by email or SMS and refunded where applicable.
When will I receive my order?
We aim to dispatch within 7 business days. After dispatch, delivery within India usually takes 2–5 business days. Delays caused by logistics partners are outside our control.
How do I reorder items?
Open the order in My Orders and use the reorder option when available, or add the same products from the product page to your cart again.
