Cancellation, Refunds and Returns Policy

This policy applies to orders placed on aldos.co.in and is published by Aldos Creation Private Limited. By placing an order on our Site, you agree to the terms below along with our Terms & Conditions and Shipping Policy.

Overview

Most products on Aldos are eligible for return and replacement for domestic orders within India. Some items (including made-to-order or certain categories) may not be eligible for return or exchange; eligibility is shown on the product page where applicable. International orders, if any, are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Order Placement & Seller Cancellation

Placement of order by a Buyer with Seller on the Website is an offer to buy the product(s) in the order by the Buyer to the Seller and it shall not be construed as Seller's acceptance of Buyer's offer to buy the product(s) ordered. The Seller retains the right to cancel any such order placed by the Buyer, at its sole discretion and the Buyer shall be intimated of the same by way of an email/SMS. Any transaction price paid by Buyer in case of such cancellation by Seller, shall be refunded to the Buyer. Further, the Seller may cancel an order wherein the quantities exceed the typical individual consumption. This applies both to the number of products ordered within a single order and the placing of several orders for the same product where the individual orders comprise a quantity that exceeds the typical individual consumption. What comprises a typical individual's consumption quantity limit shall be based on various factors and at the sole discretion of the Seller and may vary from individual to individual.

Pricing & Listing Errors

Aldos strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, however errors may occur. Aldos cannot confirm the price of the product until you make the order. If a product or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to any technical error, Aldos shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product or service, unless the product has already been delivered or the service has already been availed by you. In the event that an item is wrongly priced, Aldos may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Unless the product ordered by you has been delivered and the services are availed, your offer will not be deemed accepted and Aldos will have the right to modify the price of the product or service and contact you for further instructions using the e-mail address provided by you during the time of registration or placing of order, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. In the event that Aldos accepts your order the same shall be debited to your credit card account, debit card account or any mode through which the payment was made and duly notified to you by email that the payment has been processed. The payment may be processed prior to Aldos dispatch of the product that you have ordered. If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount will be reversed to your credit or debit card account or original payment method.

Availability & Delivery Delays

PRICES AND AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES PROVIDED OR OFFERED ON THE SITE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE AND AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF ALDOS. Aldos may revise and cease to make available any product or services at any time. In the event Aldos is unable to deliver the product to you on time or at all, you will be notified by an e-mail and your order may be automatically cancelled due to unavailability of the product or at your instructions due to failure to deliver the product on the expected time of delivery by our delivery partners. Aldos shall not be liable to pay for any damages in such an event owing to cancellation of the order or delay in delivery.

Order Cancellation by You

You may request cancellation of your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped or dispatched.

  • Sign in and go to My Orders to request cancellation where the option is available.
  • For made-to-order items, cancellation may only be possible within 24 hours of placement — contact us promptly if you need help.
  • Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled; you may still be eligible for a return as per this policy after delivery.
  • Guest orders: sign in or register using the same email used at checkout to view and manage orders.

Returns & Replacements

Eligibility

If a product is eligible for return or replacement, you may raise a request within 7 days of delivery. Only products that meet all of the following conditions are eligible:

  • Unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged
  • All original tags, labels and packaging intact
  • Marked as returnable on the product page (non-returnable items cannot be accepted)

How to Request a Return or Replacement

  • My Orders — fastest: open My Orders and follow the return or replacement steps for the relevant item.
  • Email — write to aldospvt@gmail.com with your order number, reason, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • Phone — call +91 7768887000 (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST).
  • Visit our Help Center for more guidance on returns and cancellations.

Pickup & Processing

Once your return request is approved, we arrange a pickup through our courier partners. Pickup is typically scheduled within 3–5 business days after we receive your request. After the item is picked up and verified, your refund or replacement is processed from our end.

You may return eligible items from the same order separately if needed; each return request is handled according to product eligibility and condition on receipt.

Refunds

How You Receive Your Money Back

  • Prepaid orders (card, UPI, net banking, wallet): refund is credited to the same payment method or bank account used for the order, subject to your bank’s processing time.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): you will be asked to provide valid bank account details or a UPI ID for the refund.

Refund Timelines

  • Order cancellation (before dispatch): we aim to process the refund within 3 business days of confirmed cancellation.
  • Returns: refund is initiated after the product is picked up by our courier partner and passes quality checks. It may take an additional 5–7 business days (or longer per your bank) for the amount to reflect in your account.

Aldos works with payment partners and banks; delays beyond our control may occur after we initiate the refund, but we try to complete our part within the timelines above.

Exchanges

Where exchange is offered for a product (as shown on the product page or confirmed by customer support), you may request a replacement for size or colour subject to availability. Exchange requests follow the same condition and timeline rules as returns. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund may be offered instead.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following are examples of items that may not be eligible for return or exchange (final eligibility is as stated on the product page):

  • Made-to-order or custom-made products
  • Innerwear, lingerie, swimwear and similar hygiene-sensitive categories (unless defective or wrong item received)
  • Products marked “non-returnable” or “final sale” on the product page
  • Items returned without tags, in damaged condition, or not in original packaging
  • International orders (unless explicitly stated otherwise)

Wrong, Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a wrong product, a manufacturing defect, or damage in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We will review the case and arrange return pickup, replacement or refund as applicable. Do not use or wash the item until we confirm next steps.

Pre-Confirmation of Orders

For certain high-value or made-to-order products, Aldos or the Seller may contact you for verbal or written confirmation before shipping. If we are unable to reach you, the order may be delayed or cancelled and any amount paid will be refunded as per this policy.
