Shipping and Delivery Policy

This policy explains how orders are processed, shipped and delivered when you shop on aldos.co.in. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Cancellation, Refunds and Returns Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Overview

Aldos Creation Private Limited delivers fashion products across India through trusted logistics partners. Estimated dispatch and delivery timelines are shown on each product page and at checkout. Actual delivery may vary based on your location, product type (ready-to-ship vs made-to-order), seller processing time and courier operations.

Shipping & Delivery Timelines

We endeavour to dispatch your order within the time committed on the product page. Due to unforeseen circumstances, dispatch may take up to 7 business days. You will be intimated via email and/or SMS when your order is dispatched.

Once dispatched, delivery timelines are typically:

  • Within India: 2–5 business days after dispatch (metro and well-connected areas may be faster; remote areas may take longer)
  • Outside India (where offered): 7–10 business days after dispatch, subject to customs clearance

From the date you place your order, most domestic orders reach you in approximately 5–7 business days in total, and international orders in approximately 7–10 business days, depending on the factors above. These are guidelines only, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Unforeseen circumstances on the logistics provider’s or Seller’s end may cause delays for which Aldos shall not be liable.

How Your Order Is Processed

  1. Order confirmation — After you place an order and payment is confirmed (or COD is accepted), your order is sent to the Seller for processing.
  2. Preparation & quality check — The Seller prepares the item. For certain products, Aldos or the Seller may contact you to confirm details before shipping.
  3. Dispatch — The packed order is handed to our courier partner. You receive dispatch notification with tracking details when available.
  4. Delivery — The courier attempts delivery at your shipping address. If you are unavailable, they may contact you to reschedule or arrange another attempt as per their process.

Ready-to-Ship vs Made-to-Order

  • Ready-to-ship products are usually dispatched within 5–7 business days of order confirmation, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
  • Made-to-order or custom items follow the estimated timeline shown on the product description. These may take longer to dispatch; delivery dates will adjust accordingly.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees, if any, are displayed at checkout and on the product page before you complete your purchase. Promotional free-shipping offers, when active, will be applied automatically or via coupon codes as described on the Site. Any change to shipping charges for an order already placed will not apply retroactively.

Order Tracking

After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information when provided by the courier.

  • Track your order from My Orders after signing in.
  • Tracking may become active within 24 hours of dispatch from our or the Seller’s facility.
  • Use the tracking link or AWB number on the courier partner’s website for live status updates.

Delivery Address & Attempts

  • Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address with PIN code, landmark and a reachable mobile number.
  • Ensure someone is available to receive the package, or provide instructions where permitted by the courier.
  • If the courier cannot reach you or delivery fails after reasonable attempts, the package may be returned to origin. Further action (re-shipment or refund) will be handled as per our Returns & Refunds policy and Seller terms.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, we are generally unable to change the delivery address. Contact us immediately if you need assistance.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Where Cash on Delivery is offered, please keep the exact payable amount ready at the time of delivery. COD availability depends on your PIN code, order value and product category. If COD is not available for your location, you may pay online using other methods shown at checkout.

Delays & Non-Delivery

Estimated delivery times do not include delays caused by payment verification, stock unavailability, public holidays, weather, strikes, or events beyond our reasonable control. Issues at the courier or Seller may also cause delays.

If your package has not arrived by the expected delivery window, contact us with your order number at aldospvt@gmail.com or +91 7768887000 and we will help investigate with the logistics partner.

If we are unable to deliver your order on time or at all, you may be notified by email and the order may be cancelled; any amount paid will be handled as per our Cancellation, Refunds and Returns Policy.

Remote & Special Locations

Delivery to certain PIN codes, north-east states, islands or remote areas may require additional time or may not be serviceable for all products. Serviceability and timelines are validated at checkout based on your delivery PIN code.

Multiple Items & Partial Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, items may ship together or in separate packages depending on Seller and warehouse availability. You may receive separate tracking details for each shipment. Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown at order level unless otherwise stated.

Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

You may be subject to import duties that are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; Aldos has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country — contact your local customs office for more information.

When ordering from Aldos for delivery outside India, you are considered the importer on record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the merchandise. International orders are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges unless stated otherwise at checkout.
