What is your return policy?
Returns and refunds are handled as per our Cancellation, Refunds and Returns policy. Eligibility may depend on product type and order status.
How long do refunds take?
If payment was processed, refunds are initiated after cancellation or return is accepted. The amount is reversed to your original payment method; bank processing may take additional business days.
What if I received a wrong or damaged item?

Can the seller cancel my order?
Yes. The seller may cancel an order at its discretion—for example due to stock issues or quantity limits—and you will be notified and refunded if payment was collected.
What about pricing errors?
If a product was listed at an incorrect price due to a technical error, Aldos may refuse or cancel the order unless the product was already delivered. You will be notified accordingly.
